Staking Facilities is looking for a Social Media Manager to support our Solana Beach team. You will be responsible for managing the Solana Beach Twitter appearance. That means researching, drafting, and publishing content about the Solana network and ecosystem on a regular basis.

Solana Beach is a premier blockchain explorer service for Solana. We provide advanced on-chain analytics available on Solana - and we intend to keep refining and extending our product offering. Our team is international, diverse, fun-loving, and highly motivated to grow Solana Beach into the ‘Etherscan of Solana’.

We think this role would best fit someone that already has some knowledge about Solana and its thriving ecosystem. We are looking for someone with a forward thinking and analytical mindset, who can take ownership of their own work and demonstrate creativity as well as passion about communications. While not required, being able to produce graphics (e.g. through Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) to go along with the posts would definitely be a plus. Previous blockchain experience would be very exciting, but is not required. We think this role could be a great place for the right person to transition into working on the cutting-edge frontier of crypto - we can teach you everything you need to know on that end.

Your responsibilities

Driving the brand awareness of Solana Beach
Develop and execute our social media strategy
Researching content ideas for the Solana Beach Twitter Account
Writing and publishing Twitter posts on a regular basis
Drafting and ideally producing graphics to go along with the posts
Monitoring social media accounts of popular projects building on Solana
Engaging with users and other accounts through our social channels

Your profile

Ideally, your technical skill-set should include most of the following:

Excellent English skills (written)
Ideally, previous practical experience in social media management/communications
High interest and enthusiasm for the Solana ecosystem
Ability to pull-off wearing Pit Vipers

Your soft skills should include:

Being a great communicator, both written and verbal. (in English, as we are an international team)
A willingness to document things concisely and accurately. Sharing knowledge within the team.
The ability to work autonomously, with a self-starter attitude and an analytical mindset.
A good sense of humour. We like to keep it fun around here!
